Passenger Elevators

A passenger elevator, commonly known as a commercial elevator, is also widely installed in residences. Passenger elevators account for up to 80% of the total market. With the exponential growth of the population, elevators have become an integral part of daily life.

Major cities, which are also commercial hubs—like Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Multan—have the highest installation rates of elevators. Due to the continuous increase in land prices and the rapid growth of the real estate sector, the cost of an elevator doesn’t feel like breaking the bank.

The elevators offered by Falcon Elevators are produced in state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring top-notch quality for clients.

These passenger elevators are designed using AutoCAD (a drafting software) during the production process. Non-magnetic steel is used, so there’s no need to worry about the elevator rusting.

As trendsetters, Falcon Elevators introduced gearless motors in Pakistan, and all passenger elevators are equipped with permanent magnet gearless motors

With changing trends and urbanization, saving space has become a significant challenge for architects and builders. To address this, a new type of elevator called the machine room-less elevator was introduced worldwide around 2000. However, the Pakistani market remained limited to the machine room-above type until late 2016.

Falcon Elevators set new standards in the Pakistani elevator industry by manufacturing machine room-less elevators locally. This type of elevator saves space by eliminating the need for a machine room at the top of the building, allowing that space to be used for other purposes.
